Wedding Cakes
Sit down with our decorator and design your perfect cake. Your wedding cake can be decorated in a traditional style with your wedding colors in mind, or you may choose to design a less traditional piece that delivers all the flare and personal style you wish to convey while keeping with the elegance of the event.
- Select from a two or three layer tiered cake or stack the cake for as many layers as you desire.
- Round, Square, and Petal set available at this time. Sheet cakes also available. (Other shapes can be acquired upon request.)
- Cakes may be covered with fondant, butter cream frosting, or a specialty frosting of your choice (ie. chocolate ganache, cream cheese frosting, or fruit glaze).
Pricing Information:
CAKE PRICE
- Prices for wedding cakes vary greatly depending on the style and design you choose so you will have to contact Cassandra for exact quote. Generally, however, they begin at $4.00 per slice/per guest for buttercream cakes and $6.00 per slice/per guest for fondant covered cakes.
- A $100 deposit is required to secure the date and at least 50% of the cost is due at least 4 weeks before the event or before any specialty items (ie. cake toppers, unique cake stands, etc.) are ordered. Full amount is due one week before the event.
- Only cash or checks accepted at this time, however, payment plans can be discussed when contracts are signed.
CAKE TASTINGS
- Cake tastings are provided upon request with an assortment of cakes, icings, and fillings to try for a $25.00 fee. If you order from Cakes by Cassandra then your $25.00 is put towards your deposit.
GROOM'S CAKE
- Grooms cakes are available and will follow the general pricing chart.

Traditional columns are provided for tiered cakes and 1/4 inch foil covered boards for stacked cakes, but if you prefer a cake stand one can be ordered for you at an additional price or you may supply whatever cake stand, columns, or stacking device you wish to use.
