Cake Tasting

    Tasting Package Offer $50.00

    Tastings will include three cake flavors of your choice, an American Buttercream, a Swiss Buttercream, and two additional fillings or icings of your choice. At the tasting you will be able to mix and match flavor combinations, ask questions about baking/cake decorating, and receive information on the best ways to save/preserve leftover cake as you will be able to take home any uneaten cake from the tasting that you desire.

    1 to 3 guests welcome for tastings. Please specify who will be coming in the comments box below as well as any food allergies the group may have. You may pay ahead of time with a check or cash, but only cash is accepted if you choose to pay at the time of service.


    Wedding Cake Tasting Package and Consultation $25.00

    Tastings will include three cake flavors of your choice, an American Buttercream, a Swiss Buttercream, and two additional fillings or icings of your choice. At the tasting you will be able to mix and match flavor combinations and ask any questions related to the ingredients, process, and storage of our cakes. You will be able to take home any uneaten cake from the tasting that you desire.

    If you decide to book your wedding cake with Cakes by Cassandra then your 25 dollar fee will be applied towards your cake deposit to reserve your event date. You will also receive at least one hour of consultation time regarding your wedding cake designs, colors, flavors, and ideas. Come ready with any pictures, color samples, or sketches that may be beneficial for discussing your vision and a list of questions you may have for the baker/decorator.
